New Pattern at QuiltCon 2025

Y’all, QuiltCon 2025 is right around the corner, and I couldn’t be more excited to introduce my newest pattern—Study of Stars! This medallion quilt is a true celebration of all things celestial, filled with star blocks, flying geese, and quarter-square triangles, all radiating from a bold, eye-catching center. It’s a design that feels both classic and modern, with a dash of that Slightly Biased flair.

Check out the Sample Quilt

For the sample quilt, I reached for my trusty Moda Bella Solids to bring those stars to life. The vibrant colors pop against the crisp background, letting every star and triangle shine. I love how solids keep the focus on the piecing—sharp, clean, and oh-so-modern. But what makes this quilt extra special? My sweet mom quilted it for me. Her beautiful stitching adds a heartfelt, personal touch that makes Study of Stars one-of-a-kind. Quilting really is a family affair around here!

If you’re coming to QuiltCon (and I hope you are!), you can see Study of Stars in person at my booth! I’ll have the sample quilt on full display, plus patterns ready to go so you can make your own version. Want to grab everything you need in one swoop? Quilt kits will be available in the Webfabrics booth—perfect for recreating this look or putting your own twist on it. Solids, prints, or something scrappy—the possibilities are endless with this design!

Stop by my booth, say hi to the team, and let’s talk quilts! Will Study of Stars be on your to-make list? Let me know in the comments! 🚀🌟
