I completely forgot to post about a few finished quilts earlier this year, so here’s the first one – my Floored quilt!

This pattern was so very fun and quick to put together. It’s great for showcasing large prints, but I went with a gradient of prints from my Alison Glass stash and a super fun rainbow-y Tula Pink print for the crosses/background. It’s so bright and cheery in person. The quilting was done by Sew Shabby Quilting, and she did an excellent job. I truly love how this one turned out – it’s one of my favorite quilts in the house right now!

I decided to not buy any backing fabric for this quilt, instead going with a Frankenstein of prints from my stash. I kind of like how wacky it turned out. :) I should probably do this more often!
